Delete your WhatsApp CRM account

We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account is permanent. Once confirmed, your active subscriptions, campaign history, connected channels, contacts, and saved workspace settings will be scrubbed from our systems.

Permanent

No "undo" button. Your profile, connected channels, and workspace data are purged from our systems within 24 hours of confirmation.

Loss of access

Immediate logout from all devices — mobile app, web dashboard, and any active team member sessions tied to your account.

Credits & subscriptions

Remaining wallet balance, unused plan days, and active subscriptions are forfeited. We do not issue refunds for unused time after deletion.

How to delete your account

Follow these steps from the app or web dashboard. Processing usually completes within one business day.

    Sign in to your account

    Open the WhatsApp CRM app or web dashboard and log in with the email or phone linked to your account.

    Email a deletion request

    Send an email from your registered address to our support team with the subject line “Delete my account”. Include the email or phone number on the account.

    Confirm your identity

    We may reply to verify ownership (one-time code or confirmation link). This protects your account from unauthorized deletion requests.

    Deletion is processed

    Once confirmed, your account is deactivated immediately and permanently removed from our production systems within 24 hours.

Data we delete

  • Account profile (name, email, phone, login credentials)
  • Subscription history and billing records tied to your account
  • Connected WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram inboxes
  • Contacts, labels, notes, and conversation history
  • Campaigns, templates, chatbots, and automation flows
  • Team members and agent assignments under your workspace
  • API keys, webhooks, and integration settings

Data we may retain

Some records must be kept for legal, security, or billing compliance even after your account is deleted:

  • Anonymized analytics required for fraud prevention and legal compliance
  • Financial records we must keep for tax and accounting obligations (up to 7 years, with personal identifiers removed where possible)
  • Support tickets you opened with us, retained only as long as needed to resolve disputes

Before you delete

Export any reports or contact lists you still need. Disconnect WhatsApp Business API numbers from Meta Business Manager if you plan to reuse them elsewhere. Cancel recurring subscriptions in your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) if you subscribed through mobile billing — deleting your WhatsApp CRM account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.
